End of the Year questions

1. What did you do in 2012 that you’d never done before?Ran two 50 Mile races, two marathons and a 24 hour race.

2. Did you keep your New Year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I was 50/50 with my New Year's resoultions. I didn't lose any weight. I maintained and I didn't take a class. I did continue running. I will finish with over 5000 miles run this year and I did shoot photos for myself. I will make goals for the upcoming year.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?Yes, she will. My sister is due any day.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
No.

5. What countries did you visit?
The US. I still haven't made it out of the country. My husband and I went on trips to North Carolina, Mackinaw City, Mackinac Island, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

6. What would you like to have in 2013 that you lacked in 2012?My answer from 2012 is a pretty good one: I would love to make more money.

7. What dates from 2012 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
March 31 and October 21. I ran 50 mile races. They were very hilly and at many points during both of those races, I didn't think I was going to finish.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?  
Running over 5000 miles.

9. What was your biggest failure?Not shooting more personal photos and gaining a few pounds.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?No.

11. What was the best thing you bought?Our Galaxy III cell phones.

12. Where did most of your money go?Student loan, gas, groceries, books, race fees, house payment and insurance.

13. What did you get really, really, really excited about?Running both 50 Mile Races

14. What song will always remind you of 2012?You by The Pretty Reckless

15. Compared to this time last year, are you:a) happier or sadder? Happier.
b) thinner or fatter? About the same.
c) richer or poorer? About the same.

16. What do you wish you’d done more of? 
Shoot photos for myself.

17. What do you wish you’d done less of?
Complain.

18. Did you fall in love in 2012?
Yes. With my husband everyday.

19. What was your favorite TV programs?Gossip Girl, Bones, New Girl and any equestrian show jumping program.

20. What was the best book you read?The Eighty-Dollar Champion by Elizabeth Letts

21. What was your greatest musical discovery?The Pretty Reckless

22. What was your favorite films of this year?
Lincoln

23. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?I turned 33. I ran and photographed a couple of cemeteries in Toledo, Ohio.

24. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?If I lost some weight and earned more money.

25. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2012?Jeans, shorts, and shirts from Aeropostale, American Eagle, Hollister and Abercromie and Fitch.

26. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. She is stunning.

27. Who do you miss?My answer will always be my dad who passed away in 1998.

30. Do you have any big plans for 2013? I will be running my first 100K race in April.
