I was talking to a friend on my cell phone yesterday. I drove by a gas station and said that gas was really cheap, its $3.99. He said yeah that's cheap. I guess $3.99 is better then filling up at over $4. I remember the days when gas was 79 cents a gallon.
The roof is still not done. My husband and his friend are working on it as I type. They are getting close to finishing it. I hope today or tomorrow is the day. I mentioned to my husband that the porch looked bad. While I was away at my game yesterday, he cleaned up the front porch. There is now a nice clear path where I can walk and not step on anything. Last week, I was tripping over things walking out to the mailbox.
Tonight is the finale of Top Chef season 4. My favorites to win are Richard, who I liked all season, or Stephanie. A lot of viewers said on different blogs that they want to see a woman win. I really don't care. Richard and Stephanie have been the best chefs all season. So may the best chef win.
