After completing housework Sunday morning, I decided to go running. I'm so glad that I didn't wait until later in the afternoon to run. By the time I got outside at 9:30 am, it was already 76 degrees and rising. After my 4.1 mile run, my dri-fit shirt was drenched in sweat and my arms and legs glistened from sweat. Around the time that I usually run on a Sunday afternoon, the temperature in town was 96 degrees.
My husband informed me this morning that he has the next two weeks off. Two weeks! That upset me because I still have to go to work until Thursday! Its just not fair that my husband gets more days off them me. I swear he never works.
I put the check in the mail today for the Hudson Booster 5K Cross Country Open. This time I can't oversleep.
