The Michigan Wolverines women's basketball team is still playing in the WNIT. The Wolverines defeated Southern Mississippi Eagles Sunday 69-60 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Cyesha Goree was the leading scorer for the Wolverines with 15 points and 12 rebounds. With that effort, that was Goree's 17th double-double of the season. Nicole Elmblad had 14 points and Siera Thompson scored 13 points.

Michigan will play in the WNIT semifinals Wednesday against UCLA at the Crisler Center in Ann Arbor. The game starts at 7 p.m. ET.
