It has taken a while but after today's run I will have caught up and passed last year's mileage. Finally! Since I've gotten plantar fasciitis back in January, a bunch of my workouts have been stuck at a certain mileage. I was told by the foot doctor that I could increase my mileage near the end of June. Recently I have been taking advantage of that. My half marathon is in 2 months and 18 days. I need to continue training for that. I already have my long run of the week finished. I ran 9 miles Monday. My longest run of the year so far. Next week I hope to get through 10 miles.
