With my completed three mile run yesterday afternoon, I crossed 350 miles run for the year.
My husband and I had a late lunch so that made the little time I had off before my assignment much smaller. I needed to get my run in and I couldn't delay it anymore. I ran about a half hour after I ate. I really enjoyed the churning feeling in my stomach, the side cramps and tasting my lunch through my run. I completed the run without throwing up thankfully.
I will have plenty of time to run today, I don't have to work later. My plan is to run an easy 7 or 8 miles. A couple of years ago, I would have never thought 7 or 8 miles was easy.
