Not like we need it now

The temperature outside is 57 degrees. The high today is only supposed to reach 66 degrees. This is important because as I type my husband and I are having our air conditioning installed. We lived in our house without it for five years. Five years, that is long enough. How did I go 21 years living at home without it? After getting a taste of it from our first apartment, we decided it was time to have one installed.

Sure the hot days of summer are way behind us and we probably won't even turn it on for the rest of this year. But next year when it is hot and humid outside, we can relax in the cool air coming from the air conditioning. Now we don't have to have three fans working at the same time in one room. The dogs won't be sitting in front of the fans blocking the breeze. It should be nice and cool. I bet the dogs would agree.
