I had the evening off yesterday, I planned to go on a nice run. I ended up running 5 miles. It was not a good run. It was hot outside, my right knee started to hurt during the run and two girls sitting on their porch said "Hey Baby" to me. When I passed by them without even looking at them. The girl who said hey went on to say, "You're not interested in girls?" Her little buddy thought that was funny. Why do people have to say something when you run by? Is it people in this town or is it all over?
Anyhoo. With the 5 mile run, that put me over 400 miles run this year. Only 98 more miles to hit my goal of 500 miles run for the year 2007.
