The Blue Devils women's team defeated Mississippi State Bulldogs 64-56 in the second round of the NCAA Tournament at home in Durham, North Carolina. Leading the way for the Blue Devils was freshman Azura Stevens with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Rebeca Greenwell added 17 points. The fouth seed Devils advance to play again on Saturday against the winner of the (1) Maryland vs (8) Princeton game that will be played later tonight.
Duke's men's basketball team beat San Diego State Aztecs 68-49 Sunday in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jahil Okafor had a big game with 26 points. Justise Winslow chipped in with 13 points and 12 rebounds. Duke will play again Friday in Houston against fifth seed Utah Utes.
