An early gift

Something very nice was delivered to our home yesterday. A front loader washer and dryer.

When my husband and I moved into our home in 2002, the previous homeowners left their old washer and dryer. Over the years the washer started to wear. The agitator didn't work properly. So our clothes were washed, but not like they should have been. For the last couple of months, we have been looking for new ones. We had some picked out and in blue. Over the Thanksgiving weekend, a hardware store had an unbeatable deal. We, actually my husband, went with the great deal. The only bad part of the new washer and dryer is they are not blue like we wanted, they are white.

After they were delivered and hooked up, I had the chance to look at them. They are fantastic! I said to my husband I couldn't wait until Sunday to use the new washer and dryer. I'm such a geek.
