Miles run in 2014 - final count

My goal for 2014 was to run over 5000. I didn't accomplish that.

I backed off my miles in 2014. I wasn't training for an ultra, so no need to run 100+ miles a week. I was disappointed that I didn't run an ultra in 2014, it just wasn't in the cards. I hope to run another, but I don't know if 2015 will be the year. For most of the year, my mileage is between 70-80 miles per week. I think that is still good. I can usually run 13 miles every morning before work, but if I work at 4 a.m., that number is less. I wake up at 1:30 a.m. and squeeze in 6-8 miles.

Total miles run for the year:

2014:
4548.4

2013: 5079
2012: 5213.3
2011: 5745
2010:
 2764.9
2009: 1257.9
2008: 960.2
2007: 573.7
2006: 470
2005: 350.8
2004: 318.6
